Based On Literature Research, The Application Of Traditional Chinese Medicine External Treatment Prescriptions For The Treatment Of Acne And The Study Of The Rules Of Medication

Purpose:Through literature research,the application of the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment prescription for acne and the rule of medication are discussed.Provides ideas for clinical application of external treatment for acne.Material and method:1.Materials preparation: Collect China How Net,Wanfang,and Vipku from January 1,2020 to January 1,2000(nearly 20 years).Retrieve keywords related to acne and include(external treatment method or mask or self-made prescription or non-oral administration)literature on acne treatment with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.After strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,the most comprehensive collection of external treatment methods Literature on acne treatment.Extract the effective information of the medicines,classification of Chinese medicines,dosage forms,etc.in the above documents into Excel to form a database for treating acne with traditional Chinese medicine.2.Research method: The collected data is analyzed and summarized on Excel and SPSS 26.0.Frequency analysis and cluster analysis are used to output the results of Chinese medicine frequency,Chinese medicine classification frequency,key drug association and dosage form frequency.Results:1.Collect 102 articles,114 prescriptions,and 129 medicines in total,establish a database2.The total frequency of drugs is 727.The top four types of drugs are heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs,blood-activating and stasis-relieving drugs,anti-surface drugs,and diarrhea drugs.3.The external medicine dosage forms are pastes,ointments,solutions,molds and external treatment dosage forms for the application of different acne rash manifestations.C1.Paste: It is suitable for the initial stage of swollen ulcers with limited swelling that has not become pus,or the pus has not yet ruptured.C2.Ointment: It is suitable for acne with pigmentation at the lesion site,nodules and cysts as clinical manifestations.C3.Solution: It is suitable for the period when acne rash manifests greasy face and the rash has not become pus ulcer.C4.Inverted mold: It is suitable for repairing the skin of acne in various periods and the later stage of acne.4.Through cluster analysis,out of potential new prescriptions for treating acne with clinical treatment.C1: The potential group composition is:rhubarb-baizhi-huanglian-forsythia-huangbai-huangqin.C2: The potential composition of the composition is: white and-saponin thorn-purple flower Ding-angelica-mulberry-licorice-gardenia-safflower.C3: The potential composition is: honeysuckle-wild chrysanthemum-white flower Hedyotis-dandelion-Kushen-Borneol.C4: The potential formula is: sulfur-peony skin-red peony-white and-saponin-purple flower.Conclusion:1.The top ten commonly used drugs for external acne treatment are baicalin,angelica,rhubarb,salvia,berberine,honeysuckle,forsythia,phellodendron,wild chrysanthemum,dandelion.2.The types of acne treatment drugs are mainly four categories: heat-clearing drugs,blood-activating and stasis-relieving drugs,anti-surgical drugs,and diarrhea drugs.3.The external medicine dosage forms are mostly paste,ointment,solution and mould.4.Through cluster analysis,the potential prescription of external treatment for acne and the application of different prescriptions on the manifestation of different acne rashes are obtained.
