| Objection: To study the therapeutic ecfeets of YuYinLing Grawules (YYLG) on experimental habitual abortion in the rats. Method: Animal models with habitual Abortion were established. They were divided into 4 groups: YYLG 270.g/kg, 5.5g/kg; Baotaiwang 21.5g/kg and untreated groups respectively for 3 weeks. The change of abortional rate, Progesterone and myometrial contraction was observed. Result: YYLG can mitigate occurrances of abortion, YYLG can raise the quantity contained of progesterone in organism and inhibite the contraction of myometrium. Its curative effects is remarkable difference to that of untreated group (P<0.05). Conclusion: YYLG shows significant effects on the experimental habitual abortion in the rats. |
