The Clinical Research On Acupiont Sticking Therapy Of Chinese Herbal Medicines For Prevention And Treatment Of Toxic And Side-Effects Arrest Of Bone Marrow Induced By Chemotherapeutic Drugs

Objective: To probe into feasibility and effectivity of methods of Acupionts Sticking Therapy (A.S.T) for prevention and cure arrest of bone marrow induced by chemotherapeutic drugs.Method: According to the selective standard of excluding and including cases,90 cases of malignant tumor were randomly divided into 3groups, Medical therapy group (30cases), Moxibustion with ginger group(30cases), A.S.T group (30cases) by using method of random number table. Three groups patients were accepted chemotherapy in vein or mouth given acute bone marrow depression drugs such as Cyclophosphamide (CTX), Nitrogen mustard (HN2), Methotrexate (MTX), Cytosine arabinosidee (Ara-C), Hydroxyurea (HU), Cisplatin (DDP), Etoposide (VP-6), Vincristine (VCR) etc. Chemotherapy group were permited to accept drugs of rising WBC counts except Granulocyte Colong Stimulating Factor(G-CSF). Moxibustion with ginger group accepted Chemotherapy and moxa cone moxibustion at the same time from the first day. Selected points:(l)Shenque(Ren4), Zusanli(ST36)(double), Pishu(BL20)(double), Geshu(BL17)(double); ( 2 ) Guanyuan(Ren4), Shenshu(BL23)(double), Dazhui(Dul4). Above two groups of points were used alternatively. Useage:one times every day. From the first day of chemotherapy,Chemotherapy plus A.S.T group were treated by acupoints-sticking drug patch which is consisted of Red ginseng, Prepared Rehmannia Root, Desertliving Cistanche, Evodia Fruit, Grassleaved Sweetflag Rhizome, clove etc. Treated with Apoint Sticking Therapy for 2 weeks in all. Checking vein blood of patients for WBC count, neutrophil count, platelet count, in comparison with The Standards of Classification of WHO for Toxic Reaction caused by bone marrow induced by chemotherapeutic drugs were carried out before the day of chemotherapy and after the second weekend ofchemotherapy respectively. As for observation of indexes, 3 groups were respectively compared doubledly. To prove effect of acupiont sticking therapy with Chinese Herbal Medicine for prevention and cure of bone marrow induced by chemotherapeutic drugs.Result: Acupiont sticking therapy with Chinese Herbal Medicines could effectively prevent and treat chemotherapy side-effect, By way of scientific statistics, the therapeutic effect of the A.S.T groups have magnificent difference in comparison with Medical therapy group(P<0.01), but it's effect have no magnificent difference in comparison withthat of Moxibustion with ginger group (P>0.05).Conclusion: (1) Both moxibustion with ginger and therapy methods of sticking acupiont with traditional Chinese medicine are effectively good methods for prevention and cure of bone marrow induced by chemotherapeutic drugs. They may be choose to manage in clinic by fact. .(2) It may actulize industry and carry up well effect of economic and social for acupiont sticking therapy with Chinese Herbal Medicine can produce the drug of acupionts Sticking.
