Clinical Observation On The Effects Of Salpingian Phlogistic Obstruction Of Sterility With Triple Therapy

The salpingian phlogistic obstruction is one of the main causes resulting in the infertility female. Traditional Chinese Medicine researches think that salpingian infertility is caused by blood-cemented stasis . Hongteng Decoction(HT.D)which was applied by the author's tutor Professor Cong can regulate the flow of blood, remove blood-cemented stasis, clear away heat and toxic material besides intenerate tumour. Hongteng Decoction together with microwave treatment and intrauterine injecting Western medicine can cure the salpingian phlogistic obstruction.We observed 78 cases of this kind of disease. There are 39 cases treated with the triple therapy called treated group, 25 cases treated with Hongteng Decoction together with microwave called comparison I,14 cases treated with Western medicine intrauterine injection called comparison II . The effective rate of the treated group is 79. 49%, which are more higher than the effective rate of the comparison I ( 56.00%)and comparison II (42.86). There has obvious difference among the three groups. Therefore, we can make a conclusion that the triple therapy(Hongteng Decoction together with microwave and Western medicine intrauterine injection) are more efficient than the other two kinds of treatments. Meanwhile, with the age growing, time prolonging and degree aggravating, it is more difficult to be cured.
