Objective1. To observe the different effects of Lentinus (LNT) on normal and mirrow suppressed anemia mice.2. Study LNT's effects on immune systems as well as the relation LNT's between dosage and outcome. This study researched the different LNT' s effects on normal and mirrow inhabited anemia mice at the cell and molecule level. This research also discussed LNT's functional mechanism to some degree.Methods1.Using immune- suppressed mice and prepared them with compound patterns,that is to say, radiated by ⁶⁰Co- γ radiation source of dosage 2.0Gy.
