Assessment Of Using The YiQiWenYang Method Helpling Rehabilitation Therapy In Congestive Heart Failure

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficiency of using the YiQiWen Yang method helping rehabilitation therapy in congestive heart failure(CHF).Meanwhile to study the possible mechanisms. Methods: 70 Patients of CHF randomly divided into treatment group (n=35)and control group(n=35).Control group were given regular treatment,while treatment group were added the YiQiWenYang method with regular treatment,one month was a period of treatment and two period of treatments were observed the effect. Results: In improving functions of heart before and after test,two groups were evidently effective.total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.7%.In the control group was 60.0%.(p<0.05); evidently effective rate in the control group was 14.29%, in the treatment group were 28.57%,two groups were different significantly (p<0.05).In terms of heart rate, function of heart LVEF before and after the test, two groups were effective (p<0.05), but there were not statistical different between two groups(p>0.05). In terms of 6 min walking test, there were evidently effective rate in the treatment group than that in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusions: (1) the YiQiWenYang method can improve the function of heart and reduce the relation symptom. (2) the YiQiWenYang method can improve quality, of life and the actual living ability of CHF patients. (3) the YiQiWenYang method is an effective and safe drug who is good at the recovery body of the CHF patients.It is worth popularization and use in clinical treatment.
