Objective: To evaluate the relationship between the expression and chemotherapy sensitivity and CR rate. Methods: Immunopheotypes were examined using indirect immunofluoresence methods in 102 AL, including AML 67cases, ALL 31 cases and mal 4 cases. All cases were treated with combined chemotherapy. DA, HA regime were used to treat AML; VDLP,VDCLP regime were used to treat ALL.Then analyzed the difference of CR rate between lymphoid antigen positive AML and lymphoid antigen negative AML, the difference of CR rate between myeloid antigen positive ALL and myeloid antigen negative AL (Chisquare test. P<0.05 was considered as significance). All the statistical variance was carried on via SPSS 10.0 in personal computer. Results:â‘ In AML,the incidence of CD13 and CD33 is high, lymphoid antigen CD5,CD7,CD10,CD19express in AML, CD20 is negative. CD34 and HLA-DR are negative in M3. In ALL, the incidence of lymphoid antigen CD5,CD7,CD10,CD19 is high, myeloid antigen CD33,CD13 express in ALL, CD64 is negative.â‘¡CR cases in 102 AL is 58,CR rate is 56.9% . CR cases in 67 AML is 38,CR rate is 56.7%; CR cases in 31 ALL is 19,CR rate is 61.3%; CR cases in 4 MAL is 1,CR rate is 25%.â‘¢In AML, CR rate in CD7,CD19 positive cases is no difference from CD7,CD19 negative cases(p>0.05). In lymphoid antigen positive AML CR rate is lower than lymphoid antigen negative AML(33.3% Vs 65.3% p<0.05).â‘£In ALL, CR rate in CD13 positive cases is...
