Aim To study the psychological status of patients with CHB (Chronic Hepatitis B) and their spouses.Objects and Methods Objects Randomly draw out 2 group patients and their spouses as objects for our study. CHB group, 50 cases come from out-patient of No1 Hospital affiliated Dalian Medical university and Infectious Hospital during Oct. 2005 to Apri. 2006, the male is 35 cases and female is 15 cases.The age range is 23-72. CHB's spouse group, 50 cases are spouses of CHB patients. In the same period, Randomly draw out 50 cases without Hepatitis as No-Hepatitis group. They are mached with patients of CHB group in the sex, age and others. No-Hepatitis's spouse group is organized by spouses of No-Hepatitis patients. Methods We used Self-constructed general investigation questionnaire, Symptom check list-90 (SCL-90), Eysenck's personality Questionaire (EPQ), Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74) and Satisfactory degree of Sexual Life Questionnaire (SDOSL). Statistics Some methods with SPSS software have been used to analyze the database that are Chi-square test, t test, Multiple regression test (Back wald) and Pearson correlated analysis.Results 1) Analysis for the general datum: There are no significant difference between the CHB group and no-Hepatitis group in the age, sex, nationality, race, occupation, culture, family monthly average income (p>0.05) , and also no significant difference in the spouse groups (p>0.05). 2) EPQ study:â‘ Compare CHB group with no-Hepatitis group, except...
