All of the data analysis using statistical software SPSS13.0 classification variables using X2 test or Fish exact probability method,quantitative information on the use of t tests,taking the standard testα=0.05.Results50 cases of PPH patients,12 patients relapsed patients,mainly for recurrent symptoms of bleeding,prolapse,pain,itching,secretion of mucus.50 exceptions Million-Morgan in the operation group of eight cases of recurrence in patients with symptoms mainly for bleeding,itching,secretion of mucus. Recurrence of symptoms between the two groups the distribution of the difference was not statistically significant.PPH group,after 2-3 years in five cases of recurrence,3-4 in 3 cases of recurrence,4-5 in 4 cases of recurrence.External Dissection and Internal Ligation group focuses on relapse after 3 years,3-4 years in 5 cases,4-5 years in three cases.Between the two groups of the time distribution of recurrence was no significant difference.The results from our analysis,we found higher rates of PPH recurrence(PPH group 12%,MM 8%),but the difference between the two groups was not significant.ConclusionPPH group the recurrence rates after 5 years the same MM group.PPH caused higher recurrence rate of this outcome,there may be several reasons:1.Purse suture height is too low to enhance the effect was not obvious.2.PPH mucosa anastomotic scar disappeared,weakened the role of a fixed scar,mucous membrane stretch due to slack off again.
