Allium plant shows many function,such as bacterioasis,antiplatelet aggregation, antioxygen, degraded cholesterol, anti-rumaor, regulate cell metabolish and relieve diaberes. These functions are related to the allium plant which contains flavanoid,sulfide compound and polycose. Allium Mongolian Regeal is a type growth wild vegetable,and belongs to perennial herb,lily allium. Aerial parts can be used to be Mongolia drug, because of tis function on stimulating appetite and anthelminthic. It was named mythic fugus in vegetable. The isoflavone in allium Mongolian regel was not reported. This influenced the uitily. In this study, the content of isoflavone was detected. The optimize elution density of ethnol,the best addition to antioxygen and no-special immunization were determined by antioxygen test in vitro. The isoflavone influence of antioxygen and no-special immunization was studied. The composite exploitation and utilization rationale of isoflavone was provided. The mainly content and conclusion were following:1 The isoflavone content was detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and HLCP. Two methods could detecte the isoflavone content,but the HLCP was more exacted. The isoflavone density eluted by 95% ethnol was higher than the 30%,50% and 70% ethnol by two methods.2 The isoflavone which was extracted form Allium Mongolian Regeal was studied in vitro. The isoflavone could clean up O2·and·OH. The optimize ethnol density which eluted the isoflavone was 95%.3 The optimum concentration of isoflavone which influence on the antioxygen and no-special immunization was studied. The optimize addition of isoflavone was 30 mg/kg·BW·d, which was basic on the influence between the different dose isoflavone and mouse immunity index ( mononucleat macrophage function, immune organ index, serum antalzyme content and ACP activity) and antioxygen index ( MDA contenr and T-AOC ability).4 The antioxygen of isoflavone was detected. The influence between the content of GSH-PX, T-SOD, CAT, T-AOC and MDA in mouse serum, live and the antioxygen was detected. The result showed that the isoflavone could be antioxygen, but the mechanism did not know. So this needs to be studied further.5 The immunization of isoflavone was detected. The nouse carbon clearance index, phagocytic index, immunity organ index, serum antalzyme content and ACP activity were detected. The result showed that isoflavone could weigh the immunity organ, and promote the no-special immunization.
