The Experimental Study Of Shengjingsan Recipe Medicated Serum On Human Sperm Motility And Sperm-oocyte Binding Capacity

Objective:To observe the effect of Shengjingsan Recipe(SJSR) medicated serum on human sperm motility and fertility in vitro. Methods:Human sperm was co-cultured with SJSR medicated serum in vitro.Human sperm motility was evaluated by computer-assisted semen analysis(CASA) and the capacity of sperm combining oocyte was counted .Results:The co-cultured SJSR medicated serum significantly increased the sperm motion velocity(VAP,VCL,VSL)( p<0.05=,the am of lateral head movement(ALH)and the beat frequency of flagellum(BCF)( p<0.05=,stimulated sperm binding zona pellucida (p<0.05=. Conclusion:SJSR can increase human sperm motility and stimulate sperm binding zona pellucida .
