Depression Study Based On The Theory That Anxiety Makes Qi Depressed

Objective:Reading a large number of the relevant ancient and modern literature. Discussing the theoretical intension of spleen and depression which from the perspective of anxiety makes qi depressed.And having a deep inside to talk about the inherent pathogenesis of spleen and depression.Providing an experimental and theoretical basis for the clinical application of prevention and treatment of depression.Methods:Theoretical study,on the basis of relationships between the incidence of depression and five zang organs,from the perspective of "anxiety makes qi depressed" combine with clinical analysis of the close contact between "anxiety" and depression in the etiology,pathogenesis,to explore the correlation between the spleen and depression,and providing theoretical research from the spleen to prevent and treat depression.Experimental study has been to learn from the "depression model" method,it reflects the rat model of depression's selection of weight status,superoxide dismutase,malondialdehyde, interleukin-1,interleukin-6.Rat model of depression was observed by all content which based on Si junzi Decoction,Chaihu shugan Powder,Jingui shenqi Pill.And making comparison them through different drug delivery.At last,discussing the depression's mechanism caused by anxiety impairs the spleen.And discussing the pathogenesis of depression from the perspective of tonifying spleen.Results:The experimental results show that Si junzi Decoction have a significant effect on depression model which including body weight,content of superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde in serum and brain tissue,and interleukin-1,interleukin-6 in serum. Compared with Chaihu shugan Powder,it has more significant change in serum interleukin-1 content.Compared with Jingui shenqi Pill,it plays an important role in serum interleukin-1, interleukin-6 content.Chaihu shugan Powder is superior than Jingui Shenqi Pill in changing content of malondialdehyde,interleukin-6,superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde in brain tissue and serum.Conclusion:The spleen governs anxiety.The pathogenesis of anxiety makes qi depressed,it impairs the spleen,and more importantly it is the pathogenesis of depression's basic theory of TCM.Because it destroyed the function of spleen which transports and transforms nutrients.Body weight changes in rat model of depression,as well as serum and brain tissue superoxide dismutase,malondialdehyde content and serum interleukin-1, interleukin-6 content changes are possible part of the pathological basis of happened of depression.And Si junzi Decoction can play an important role in rat body weight and serum interleukin-1,interleukin-6.Because the experimental results are close to the normal group. This role contributes to the effect of tonifying spleen and tonifying qi,and Si junzi Decoction have the same effect with Chaihu Shugan Powder Group.But it isn't obvious in changing superoxide dismutase,malondialdehyde of serum and brain tissue content compared with Chaihu Shugan Powder Group,and Jingui shenqi Pill group has a little significant effect on other targets except body weight.
