The Clinical Study On Curative Effects Of Splenorenal Deficiency Early Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion By "Baotaiyin"

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effects and the changes of serum progesterone andβ-HCG of" Hongtengyin" in treating splenorenal deficiency early recurrent spontaneous abortion.Assess the value of combine serum progesterone andβ-HCG for forecast the outcome of abortion.Methods:61 cases coming from Zhangzhou TCM Hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were all diagnosed as splenorenal deficiency early recurrent spontaneous abortion.The cases were divided into two groups randomly,the 31 cases were served as observe group treated by" baotaiyin ",the other 30 cases were served as contrast group treated by" progesterone".The period of treatment of both two groups were 10 days.To observe,the therapeutic effects and the influence to serum progesterone andβ-HCG.Results:1.The total curative effects of the" Baotaiyin "are better than the" progesterone "(P＜0.05),the curative effects of the"Baotaiyin " are same as the" progesterone" between the same degree groups(P＞0.05).2.The vaginal bleeding condition have obvious disparity(P＜0.05).3.The markes of symptom have obvious disparity(P＜0.05).4.The serum progesterone have no obvious disparity(p＞0.05),before and after treating in two groups.In two groups,abortive cases aider treating,the serumβ-HCG have much obvious disparity (p＜0.01).5.The serum progesterone andβ-HCG have close relation to pregnancy outcome: The serum progesterone have much obvious disparity(p＜0.01) with different pregnancy outcomes.Conclusions:1."Baotaiyin" can relieve patients' clinical symptom obviously and has no obvious side effects discovered in the treatment.2.The levels of serum progesterone and β-HCG can predict inevitable abortion.3.The times of gestation before have close relation with pregnancy outcome.
