The Comprehensive Intervention Of Jia Wei Wen Dan Tang On Hypertension

Objective:To observe the effection of blood pressure,serum aldosterone (ALD),angiotensinâ…¡(Angâ…¡),total cholesterol (CHOL),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) by Jia Wei Wen Dan Tang on the spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR).To explore its partial mechanisms.Methods:Using wistar rats as normal control group, the SHR were divided into model group,Jia Wei Wen Dan Tang high and low dose group,capoten group,capoten+high dose group,capoten+simvastatin+high dose group, Blood pressure was respectively measured before and after experiment, at the end of experiment, the date of ALD,Angâ…¡,CHOL,TG,HDL-C,left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were measured and analysed, and observed the expression of myocardial collagen typeâ… and typeâ…¢.Results:(1)after 8 weeks' experiment, compared with other groups, the blood pressure of model group was significantly higher (P<0.05), the blood pressure of normal group was significantly lower than SHR groups, Jia Wei Wen Dan Tang high and low dose group,capoten group,capoten+high dose group,capoten+simvastatin+high dose group had significantly lower blood pressure, and among the Treatment groups, the blood pressure of capoten+simvastatin+high dose group, capoten+high-dose group were significantly lower than other groups, high dose group and capoten group had no significant difference in blood pressure (P> 0.05). (2) The level of the ALD,Angâ…¡,CHOL,TG,HDL-C of the normal group was the lowest, the model group has the highest level, the treatment groups were significantly lower compared with the model group, and the capoten+simvastatin+ high-dose group was the lowest among the Treatment groups. (3) Compared with normal group, SHR groups have different degrees of increased on LVMI, and the capoten+ simvastatin+high-dose group had lowest LVMI among the SHR groups. (4)The myocardial biopsy of model group was observed obvious fibrosis, compared with model group, the myocardial fibers of capoten+simvastatin+high-dose group was significantly reduced.Conclusion:Jia Wei Wen Dan Tang can effectively decrease the blood pressure and ALD,Angâ…¡levels of SHR, regulate blood lipids and anti-left ventricular hypertrophy. The mechanism may be related to inhibition the activation of RAAS system. In the experiment, capoten+simvastatin+high-dose group shows the best effect, means the best effective treatment for hypertension is Chinese and western medicine plus Hypolipidemic medicine.
