| The main sympotm of the group is urinary frequency,urgency,odynuria and hematuria.All cases were carried out pathological biopsy and proven as cystitis glandularis. All 40 cases were executed transurethral electrocision.37 cases were followed up after operation. symptom of 21 cases were fully eliminated. symptom of 12 cases were partly improved and accepted by patients.4 cases were recurred at 3,5,7 and 11 months respectively and discoved by cystoscopy.ConclusionsCystitis glandularis has become a common disease in clinic recently.the gold standard of diognosis is pathological biopsy. transurethral electrocision is a minitraumatic,safe and effective surgery for the treatment of cystitis glandularis. |
