Expression Of P21and Bcl-2in Cystitis Glandularis And Bladder Prinary Tumor And Its Significance

Objective To research positive expression of P21and Bcl-2in normal bladder tissue, cystitis glandularis (CG) and bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC)and its significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of P21and Bcl-2in normal bladder tissue,cystitis glandularis(CG) and bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC)Results The positive expression rate of P21in normal bladder tissue, CG and BTCC was0/10(0%),18/62(29.03%) and40/89(44.94%),positive expression rate of P21among three groups was significant difference.The positive expression rate of P21in the group of the low grade urothelial carcinoma was significantly higher than that of high grade urothelial carcinoma.The positive expression rate of P21in the group of the non muscle-invasive bladder cancer was higher than that of muscle-invasive bladder cancer.The positive expression of P21in different pathological grade and different clinical of bladder transitional cell carcinoma was significantly different. The positive expression rate of Bcl-2in normal bladder tissue, CG and BGTT was0/10(0%),42/62(67.74%),45/89(50.56%),there was significant difference between the groups.The positive expression rate of Bcl-2in the group of the low grade urothelial carcinoma was significantly lower than that of high grade urothelial carcinoma.The positive expression rate of Bcl-2in the group of the non muscle-invasive bladder cancer was lower than that of muscle-invasive bladder cancer.There was no statistically significant difference between positive expression of Bcl-2 in different pathological grade and different clinical of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Conclusions P21and Bcl-2may play an important role in the process of CG developed into BTCC, which can be used as a detection index of CG developed into BTCC,The cystitis glandularis with positive expression of P21and Bcl-2should be active treatment and regular followed-up in clinical.
