Exploration On Study Of Hunan Zhang Zhongjing's Academic

Objective To explore the origin and development of Hunan Zhongjing medical theory, study the features of the theory and enrich the content of Hunan Chinese medicine theory.Method According to the medical book "Huxiang Mingyi Dianji Jinghua" and some notices and explanation written by ancient Hunan famous doctors from related research works of Zhongjing theory, the paper researched the subject with literature reviewResults In the Hunan area, there were a lot of famous persons to study Zhongjing theory and written their books, but most of them were lost owing to a variety of reasons. The origin of "Shanghan Zabing Lun" was related to ZHANG Zhong Jing's life and background in that time, and also to his travels south, especially to his governing Changsha City. Since the Hunan ancient edition of the book was discovered, especially after "The Notes of Shanghan Zabing Lun" written by Liu Kun-xiang, and Liu Zhong-mai, Hunan Zhongjing theory was greatly influent in our country.â‘ As a representative like "The Notes of Shanghan Zabing Lun", the Hunan doctors noted "Shanghan Lun" and "Jinkui Yaolue" with the essential evidence exactly and to propose a new;â‘¡In the etiology and pathogenesis, Dr. Chen Demao said "the original wind and cold together, and dividing the superficial or deep in wei-fen," and explained the reasons for the proscriptions, according to business side of health management superficial, deep, which was different to "Three priciples division" created by Cheng Wu-ji; and Sun Ding-yi said that "In the three Yin parts, cold evils enter the body to cause cold disease and other, and heat to cause heat disease";â‘¢About the transmission ways of heat disease, Zou Han-huang said that "evils invaded the Qi-treet" was the ways of the heat disease, whether through the Scripture, or more by mass, the results was evil invading the Qi-street;â‘£According to the geographical features of Hunan area, the physician Luo Guo-gang in Hunan suggested that the differentiation of the heat disease should differentiate exterior with interior and deficiency with excess, and provided six methods to treat the disease, which were "sweating, vomiting, warming, clearing and reinfocing". When he created a new proscription, he always paid attention to dispel cold dampness, which was deep to related to the local characteristics in Hunan.Conclusion According to the large number of literature data, the generation of "Shanghan Zabing Lun" marked the formation of Hunan Zhongjing theory, after the elucidation of ancient physicians gradually developed a unique doctrine of Hunan Zhongjing doctrine and enriched content Hunan Chinese medicine theory.
