The Research On The Prevention And Control System Of The College Infectious Disease

In recent years, the college public health emergency events especially the infectious diseases happened frequently, which bring new challenges to college administration. So the prevention and control system of the college infectious diseases becomes the key issue in the college public health administration fields. The research on the prevention and control system of the college infectious disease issue as well as the establishment and improvement of the system will have a theoretical and practical significance to the effective infectious disease control,the steady development of college administration work,the protection of the teachers and students personal safety as well as the harmonious development of college teaching life. Based on the related researching results, this paper mainly adopts investigation method,literature consolations method,comparative method and case analysis method to discuss from the four aspects:Firstly, explain the formation and completion of the theoretical foundation as well as the legal support of the prevention and control of college infectious diseases. The theoretical foundation is mainly based on professional and feasibility theory:the theoretical theory is mainly from the professional medical science aspect, which discuss the different kinds,types and features of college infectious diseases. The feasibility theory mainly explains that the forming and completing of college infectious diseases prevention and control system not only meets the developing requirement of the modern society but also reflects the core spirit of humanism and harmonious society. The legal supporting ideas draw lessons from the different kinds of national laws and regulations and the counter plan published by local relevant department.Secondly, summarize the prevention and control system of the college infectious diseases in our country. This paper discusses the current situation of the prevention and control system of the college infectious diseases in our country, which mainly discusses the previous condition and the existing prevention and control measures, then further discusses its reasons and necessities.Thirdly, the current implementation procures and their disadvantages of the prevention and control of the college infectious diseases in our country. Use the incidents of " SARS" and " H1N1" to discuss how the prevention and control system is applied in the college infectious disease s in our country. Take Shenyang Musical Conservatory as an example to discuss the key implementation procedures in the prevention and control system of college infectious diseases in our country, and try to find out the existing system abuses and then analysis their forming reasons why these abuses are forming.Fourthly, formulate and complete the effective strategies of the prevention and control system in college infectious diseases in our country. First discuss the obstacles and problems of forming and completing college infectious diseases system, then according to these problems, take concert methods to complete the prevention and control system in college infectious diseases in our country.
