Peer relationships is a kind of social interaction of the same age children or people, or point to people who have the same level of mentality establish the relation of the social interaction. Peer relationships can be divided into the popular children, the rejected children, the neglected children and common children. We named the rejected and neglected children disadvantaged intercourse children. Temperament is the hereditary factor and dynamics of the initial extrinsic behavior. In peer relationships, besides these objective factors, such as sex, appearance or age, the factor that mainly influence children companion position is the inborn character, that is the temperament. Based on the former researches and the temperamental characteristics of the disadvantaged intercourse children and starting with the structure of social ability, including behavior, cognition and emotion, we devise the instructional activities to cultivate the peer relationships of the preschoolers. The research program, taking 166 children from the junior, intermediate and senior classes of a kindergarten of Dalian as samples, first confirms the characteristics of the development of their peer situations by using the method of peer nomination and the temperament, then based on the characteristics of ages, devises 24 instructional activities for three different ages, altogether 72 activities and carries on the experiment of cultivation with the activities as instructional factors. The results of the experiment indicate that: 1.The activities (devised from the temperament and the cognitive, emotional and behavioral perspectives) can improve the development of the preschoolers'peer relationships effectively. 2. The activities devised for different ages have good effect. 3. There are some changes and a certain stability of temperament.
