Human resource management in modern management is a new area of research, its core is the human impact of all organizational development as the decisive factors to be studied to promote the organization forward. With globalization, information technology, marketing and knowledge-based economy era, Western countries have entered the era of government reform, the government human resource management is becoming scholars and government management of research objectives and practical objects.China's reform and opening up, the rapid economic and social development, government administration of the existing shortcomings of traditional personnel gradually exposed as the Restriction of Government departments to promote economic and social reforms and the further development of the important factors. In referring to foreign government advanced the theory and practice of human resource management, based on the actual national conditions in our country began a government human resource management in China's exploration.In this paper, human resource management theory, the current government of China human resource management theories and models were studied. Community needs an efficient, fair and vibrant township government. Focusing on the status of township government to analyze the problems, profound analysis of the deep-seated reasons and the township government to strengthen the management of human resources, I made a preliminary exploration, and some suggestions.
