Chinese Wushu nurtured and developed on China five thousand years long, rich history. It made fighting art as the main content technology, routines, Sanda, and the Super Power as the main forms of exercise. Focusing on internally and externally as the national traditional sport.Wushu as a major courses have carryed out a number of colleges and universities in our country, school classroom as a platform to disseminate Chinese martial arts, promote the routes of transmission diversification, cultivate professional Wushu athletes for universities, foster martial arts back-up talents and Wushu teachers.Research objective:To analyze the traditional training methods of the current system of martial arts and find out the advantages and disadvantages. In view of Wushu routine selected students lack of the basic theory of flexibility training, and the students don't pay enough attention on the flexibility training. Made the training of the hip joint flexibility as an example, introuducing PNF techniques, to improve the students'enthusiasm and enrich the martial arts flexibility training methods, to improve the hip flexibility of Wushu routine selected students. Providing better training method of hip joint flexibility for the martial arts coach and martial arts trainers.Research methods:The lecture use literature, expert interviews, experiments and mathematical statistics. Through collect the relevant literature and expert interviews, to understand the problems of the local martial arts training and the role of flexible quality of the technical movements in the martial arts. Collect and arrangement the methods and theory of flexible quality training.Research results:1, The improve of the hip flexibility can help complete the basic martial arts movements and difficulty movements, the improvement of hip flexibility can reduce the fatigue of the cross-hip'muscles, improve the excitability of the martial arts trainers'muscles, shorten the time required for training state. 2, From the data of the selected students by using three different methods of Flexibility Training, the results show that, PNF techniques has more obviously effect to improve the hip flexibility of the selected students than other two groups, according to the hip cross fork, left vertical fork and right vertical fork.
