PNF method as one of the most advantage of the flexibility of stretching method,has been a large number of experts in the theory and experiment proof.But the PNF stretching method also there are some problems,such as ignoring the objects psychological feelings caused by certain psychological fear,tensile strength and tensile control improper purpose is too strong in practice those ligaments.Therefore,in addition to the technical teaching improvement in tensile process also need to emphasize the principle of teaching,make changes in teaching ideas,teaching consciousness breakthrough.However situational teaching is a very good solution to this a series of problems in the sports teaching,situational teaching is helpful for students to learn skills Construction of learning significance,which made the emotional experience of students brings the connection between knowledge and skills in PE class use to set the context into context,situational experience,situational reproduction process lets the student obtain the success experience from the psychological,reach the teaching goal.Therefore,this paper through the combination of PNF and situation the teaching method,inspired by Situational Teaching Method induced and create situations,in order to more effectively improve the students' physical flexibility.This paper uses the methods of literature,interviews,teaching experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics of grade 15 of Guangdong University of Finance students in aerobics elective class Period of 8 weeks of experiment,compared the difference of the creation of PNF typical situations,were measured before and after the experiment the flexibility index.At the same time,the expert evaluation in the experiment,and the students feel that the teaching effect and feedback questionnaire after training,the final analysis data.The main conclusions are as follows:4.1.1 PNF refers to the typical situation teaching in PNF drawing technology objective practice environment based on the actual situation,through the creation,so as to improve the autonomy and the consciousness of students,reduce sports injuries,enhance the exercise effect.When the stretching exercises and the teaching situation as a means of promoting a teaching methods to enhance the flexibility of college students.4.1.2 PNF typical situational teaching design is based on the existing teaching environment as the basis,the actual situation with the situation;create a harmonious interpersonal situation,highlight the emotional factors;action and thinking simultaneously,from perceptual to rational situation.The strategy is based on the present situation of music and multimedia,rendering context,to describe the situation.The main design principles are scientific principle,creative principle,principle of goal and the principle of difference.4.1.3 after 8 weeks of experiment results show that PNF is more effective to improve the flexibility of the typical situation teaching(P<0.01).The specific performance of the shoulder joint shoulder rotation index,longitudinal and transverse fork fork about numerical side decreases;body antexion value increases,which increases the activity of shoulder joint,hip joint flexion and extension the range is increased.4.1.4 PNF typical situation teaching is effective to stimulate the students' consciousness and initiative,improve the students' participation and autonomous learning,and reduce the frequency of negative emotions and sports injury.
