Integrated transport system is the lifeblood of economic and social development. However, with the development of integrated transport, a lot of problems, such as social unequity, attracted more and more attention. This article is divided into six parts as follows:The first part introduced research background, research state at home and abroad, research methods, research framework.The second part introduced the theory of the social equity of integrated transport. Such as some popular concepts of social equity, the relationship between equity and efficiency, barrel theory. The popular concepts include equity view of Marx and Engels, utilitarian perspective of welfare economics, classical liberal perspective of income, equity view of Rolls, equity view of socialism; From barrel theory, we can know, in order to improve the overall level of the system, we must take reasonable measures to enhance the shortest piece of wood to improve the overall level of the system.The third part introduced the social equity of integrated transport, such as connotation, classification, influencing factors, the evaluation principles , objectives and significance of social equity of integrated transport. The social equity of integrated transport can be included equity between urban and rural areas, different regions, different groups, as well as social unequity caused by externalities. The influencing factors included natural factors, technical factors, social values, economic factors, market factors, institutional and policy factors and so on.The fourth part is the focus of this article. This part analyze the problems of the social equity of integrated transport. The supply of transport in urban areas is inadequate, and the transport in rural areas have low quality. There are also unequity in the development of integrated transport between different regions of our country. Compared to eastern and central regions, the integrated transport of the western region has has less density, less capacity, less investment, less transport hub, and worse quality, which affect the balance of development between different regions. Besides, integrated transport bring unequity between the different groups, and when the rich enjoy the benefits of transport, the vulnerable groups suffer the harmful effects of the traffic; Also its externalities bring unequity. It not only bring unequity between the contemporary people, but also bring unequity between inter-generational people. On the basis of recognizing these problems, and by further analysis, the part find the causes of the problems.On the basis of analyzing these causes, the fifth part raise the corresponding counter-measures and suggestions to reduce social unequity of integrated transport.
