Project schedule management for construction enterprise, the economic benefit is notonly good guarantee, also direct embodiment of construction enterprise’s own ability. Thearticle is according to the project of Hydrogeological investigation in Northern block XXI,Tamsag Basin of Mongolia to study the progress of work management. Due to theconstruction site was in Mongolia, and it was an overseas project, so the progress of projectmanagement become very important. Through coordination of project progress and the factorsaffecting the management, under the construction schedule, the better the project is completed,expected revenues.The oversea project developed so fast. How to make a reasonable progress of projectmanagement table and carried out on time. It was the keywords for company. This articleanalyze various factors that affect the progress of work, under the situation of Mongolia. Howto deal with various complex situation, how to prepare the work fully, and finish the project inefficiency, safe, high quality. In order to discuss how to improve the management of foreignproject schedule, This thesis has studied the project schedule management. Reference to a lotof mature project schedule management method. Used in the Mongolia project, Analysis ofMongolia country and Mongolia country construction project. Finally to improve the effectiveconstruction project in Mongolia and measures. It brings on many problems like the delay ofthe project, conflicting of the resource, reducing of the quality and so on. It also has aninfluence on completing the project favorably.
