As the market demand for high-strength, heavy-gauge sheet increases, theproblems leveler WISCO hot-rolled transverse lines need to be resolved, thisseven-roll leveler in the far reaches design capacity under the circumstances, in theactual production, there are often broken driveshaft leveler work roll bearings oftencorruption problems.To solve the above problem, this paper conducted the followinganalysis and research:1.The specific structure of seven roller roller straightening machine, completedthe straightener is deduced, the mathematic model of hydraulic control system transferfunction, and by using simulink, which as a basis for judging the stability of thesystem.2.To find leveler work roll shaft bearings often break and often damaged themain reason put forward a program of data collection, acquired straightening machinewhen heavy-gauge, high-strength sheet metal straightening, pressure and other aspectsof signal.3.Use LabVIEW to write data analysis program that reads the data collected inthe field. Analysis of results and the cylinder valve servo valve between its setpressure29MPa high, resulting in overload protection does not exist, the systempressure can not be unloaded, and ultimately makes the shaft fracture, damage andoften continue to emerge.4.Straightening machine for valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder system modelingand simulation results show that, in order to ensure the leveler work, no longerappears broken drive shaft and work roll bearings often damaged phenomenon, Oneleveler valve pressure should be set to20.5MPa, the simulation results when appliedin the field, but also has a good effect, so the above problems can be solved.
