How to combine the theory of project management and the construction of sewage treatment plant project, with a scientific project management method to guide the construction of sewage treatment plant and to ensure the successful completion of the project on time and high quality,which is extremely important for promoting the construction of municipal infrastructure projects.The application of project management theory of schedule management theory, quality management theory and risk management theory and method of sewage treatment plant construction project schedule management, quality management and risk management issues.In the study of schedule management, analyzing from the factors affecting the project progress firstly, using the project Gantt chart and network diagram project plan compile the construction schedule, and then taking the project progress control measures of schedule management to ensure the implementation of this project; In quality management research, analyzing from the factors that affect the project quality planning firstly, and then from three aspects that the project planning project,quality assurance and project control to ensure the implementation of this project in quality management; In the study of the risk management, identifying and analyzing the risk factors of this project,evaluating the degree of risk and putting up with strict precautions measure s aim at this kind of projec ts by using the tool of responding to risk.
