Scientific evaluation of the impact of urban sprawl under regional ecological security of land resources, the rational use of land resources, promote urban regional economic, social and ecological sustainable, stable and healthy development of great significance.In this paper, Harbin district10counties (cities) of the study area, specifically including Shangzhi, Twin Cities, Bin, Founder County, Yilan County, Bayan, Wuchang City, Mulan, Yanshou and Tonghe, from ecological point of view of material flow stream ecosystem land resources, energy flow, information flow and other aspects, considering the land resource ecosystems and human social and economic interaction, the introduction of ecological security measure to characterize ecological impact factor layer emergy analysis and PSIR model building and land resources evaluation index system of sustainable energy value ecological security index (EULESI), the safety of Harbin city and county land resources under the jurisdiction of the ecosystem evaluation, the evaluation results from a combination of pressure, state, impact, response and policies5analyzes proposed improvements, optimization of targeted programs to improve the safety of land resources ecosystems.The results showed that:(1) energy value analysis and PSIR model combine to effectively prevent the excessive selected, the indicator determining the weights of the drawbacks of the shortcomings too subjective. In addition, correlation analysis results by person, EISD with EULESI has a strong correlation between the two, compared to EISD index, EULESI index for evaluation of ecological security of land resources is more sensitive and representative, but as an evaluation of ecological land resources scientific level of safety indicators, can be used for research evaluation of other similar areas. It also provides a reference for other similar regional ecological security of land resources in research, but also for the Harbin city and county under the jurisdiction of the construction of ecological security of urban sprawl, land use and land resources, to provide the scientific basis for remediation.(2) subject to the overall ecological safety of land resources in2004-2011under the impact of urban sprawl study area showed a decreasing trend, land ecological security level of resources fluctuated in a relatively stable development stage, the overall level in a relatively safe, there are reasons the following points:first, land resource eco-system itself has been able to withstand the value of non-renewable resources, industrial support can stress values such as pressure from the outside world, and land ecosystems fixed energy resources to be able to update the values seldom use, is lead to ecological security of land resources at a low key factor; secondly, to the value of land resources in the study area yield ecosystem is relatively low, the system of land productivity is not high, and the output value is far greater than the external energy input to the system emergy, energy flow system with the external environment, money flow, logistics students can not achieve balance, land resources ecosystems reduce their energy value, low land resources, ecosystem stability, each subsystem material flow, energy flow connection disharmony, automation systems, regulation, feedback decreased ability of ecosystems land resources as reflected in a relatively unsafe condition; once again the value of soil loss in the study area can continue to increase the amount of surface severe soil erosion, organic renewable energy potential total value of the system the percentage is very small, labor and mechanical potential energy exchange process in the system utilization is not high, the environmental potential is close to0, the land resources of the ecosystem itself feedback capability nearly vacant state land resources, ecosystem environment carrying capacity is gradually reduced, the existing land resources speaking fragile ecological environment environmental load has reached saturation.(3) propose improvement and optimization measures: First, to expand green acreage, improve access to renewable energy resources value; followed by the industrial structure adjustment system, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry to build a healthy proportion of the structure, and a modest increase in organic fertilizer inputs; moderate climate change in the local area once again raise the level of mechanization; Finally, it should actively promote the protection of land resources, ecological education, and establish a good ecological awareness to protect land resources...
