Screw press belonging to the pressure processing equipment and occupy a largeproportion in the equipment of material forming. Servo press represents a state of basicequipment and productivity with high technology content. To provide the correcttheoretical basis for the selection of structure of servo screw press, this paper researched onservo screw press are analyzed the servo screw press with different structures anddiscussed in detail the quality characteristics of a variety of models in the structure.Realized to improve the rigidity and improve the efficiency of screw press forging, Theservo direct drive machine and the spline direct drive screw press stiffness was analyzedwith FEM and demonstrates the structure have the advantage of direct drive screw press,by comparing the two types of structural differences to the effects of stiffness. The near netshape forming technology based on the servo screw press parameters. The research resultsof this paper solves the key points of design and technical difficulties of servo screw press,and provides a theoretical basis and new method for the design of the new structure design.The main contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper analysis on the four kinds of mainstream drive screw press structureat present, that includes belt spline, gear spline, spline direct drive and direct drive.Compared the advantages and disadvantages of different structure, Separately from thetransmission efficiency, the stiffness of the structure, energy saving and environmentalprotection, and the direct drive transmission structure is design on dynamic properties ofSRD servo motor. Select the three key points in the design of machine design in detail,such as the selection of motor shaft type, the local shape optimization of screw, thecalculation of the flat key strength.Secondly, the stiffness analysis of the whole machine of two types of screw press byusing the finite element method, which reaches the design purpose of the structure design,and compares the static stiffness value of the two kind of machine.Thirdly, Study on the forming of crankshaft servo based on parameters of screwpress forging, the design of the crankshaft forging die is optimized and achieved nearnet forming the crankshaft forging by changing the mold cavity design.Finally, the paper summarizes the content of study and research work in the nextprospect.
