25MN Hydraulic Forging Press is the new product of Shengyang Heavy-duty Machine Company, so they attach importance to the quality and capability. The Pillars are the most important pressed structure, it' s intensity and hard degree have important effect on the parts making precision and life. If we design using the normal calculation, we can not get the exact results and do not know the status of pressed and the situation of transfiguration. As a result, we increase the weight of the part, but waste material and can not improve the quality of design. With the popularization and application of CAD/CAM/CAE, the technology of Finite Element Analysis has been widely studied and applied by project designers, now has gained good economical benefits. The technology of Finite Element Analysis has been widely used in avigation navigation architecture and mechanism but not in Forging Press machine, so most of this kind products are designed by traditional methods. The paper analyzed the frame of the machine with the software ANSYS and I-DEAS, so we archived good results: cut the weight of the machine; heightened the quality of design; provided academic law for the structural design and mend. We analyzed the pillar with Finite Element Analysis so that every part of the pillar is pressed equably and reasonably and has directive meaning on augmenting parts life and avoiding the crack of pillar. With the development of the molten technology, the traditional Presswhich has three beams and four pillars can not satisfy the demands: high efficiency automatization and high precision because of it' s structure now. Germany and Japan have not been produced this kind of Press which have been replaced by Hydraulic Forging Press since 1970' s. Hydraulic Forging Press has characteristics follows:(1) The frame is made up of two pillars and stress beam.(2) Rectangular slideway(3) Telescopic moving beam(4) Up beakiron clamped by revolving machine(5) With storehouse of beakirons(6) Removable storehouse(7) Beakiron which can move breadthwiseCompareing to the traditional Press it has following excellences: stronger ability to resist prejudicial load; the oriented clearance of pillars can be adjusted; the slider keep in touch with the pillars so it has good ability to resist friction; has abroad eyeshot and scope for work; crane can easily approach and so on. And has strongpoints: light volitant weight; easily control and smaller hole in the ground, compared to the down- drive Press. The pillar studied in the paper should be analyzed by Finite Element Analysis in order to get more precise results because of it' s distortion under press big displacement and strict demands of security in the time of working. The more distortion under press the more necessary to analyze by Finite Element Analysis. The Finite Element Analysis of 25MN Hydraulic Forging Press and it' s frame includes two loading situations: central load and prejudicial load. Considering the Beakirons between the screw caps and between the up beam and down beam, so under the two situations we consider the force between the two beams and the pillars as equably distributing on the plane. After the analysis we can draw the following conclusions:1 Under the central load situation: the up beam' s relative crooks 0.382mm/m, and the down beam is 0. 254mm/m, the most equivalent stress is 187MPa which place is at the transition circular angle that at the bottom of the down beam. 2 When the load along wider side, the up beam' s relative crooks 0.506mm/m, and the down beam is 0.566mm/m, the most equivalent stress is 196MPa which place is at the transition circular angle that at the bottom of the down beam. 3 When the load along narrow side, the up beam' s relative crooks 0. 641mm/m, and the down beam is 0. 37mm/m, the most equivalent stress is 198MPa which place is at the transition circular angle that at the bottom of the down beam.4 Under the prejudicial load situation: there is not place where stress centralized obviously. The most equivalent stress happen in the joint place with beams, whi...
