Hydraulic machine is part of forging machinery, and It is necessary for the pressureforming equipment of manufacturing industry. In addition to mold design, manufacturing,lubrication and other factors, parts precision is also closely related to the hydraulic machineaccuracy and stiffness. The stiffness of the press is very important influence on the quality offorming parts and mould life. Hydraulic machine of aluminum car wheels as the keyequipment of production line, It requires a high hydraulic stiffness. This article is based onpre-forging and eventually forging hydraulic press(THP11-4000、THP11D-10000)as theresearch object. It requires body rigidity element simulation testing and stiffness finite.1. For pre-forging, the final forging hydraulic press with finite element analysis. Weshould build Solidworks three-dimensional modeling of hydraulic machines. It is analyzed ofhydraulic machine stiffness and strength case by numerical analysis. This article is based on ahydraulic press beams as analysis objects, and their beams were simulated on the force underdifferent loads. Nonlinear fitting on the beam deflection. By fitting equation to predictdeformation of spatial points any position on the beam under a certain load. It can alsoprovide a reference for the deflection analysis of other structural parts.2. The hub final forging hydraulic machine prototype stiffness testing. Beam hydraulicmachine, slider, under beams, columns and other structural components are measured by lasertracking under different deformation load. According to the experimental data obtainedplotted actual deformation curve of the structure. The stiffness test results of the hydraulicmachine were compared with the simulation results, and use them to verify the validity of thesimulation results.3. Based on the beam stiffness values of Hydraulic testing, the beam structural designneeds to optimized. By stiffness, mass sensitivity analysis, It is able to determine fouroptimization variables, which are the most critical. Based on orthogonal experimentsimulation results, we can build on the beam stiffness and mass response surface model.Optimal Design on the beam and solve Pareto set. Finally, we should select groups ofoptimization feasible solution. The results based on finite element simulation valuescompared with fitted values can verify the reasonableness of optimal design.
