With the development of modern industrial technology, the industrial marketputs forward higher requirements of the processing precision of machine parts, whenthe processing meanings continually replaced by new ones, the detection means keptdeveloping, grinding is usually plays the final process of the precision surface, itsprecision have a direct impact on the quality of mechanical products. In order toreduce production costs, improve processing efficiency, the active measurementtechnology has been widely applied in the grinding process. Since the study of theactive measurement control instrument about the grinding started relatively late,there is a certain gap compared with the developed countries. It is very common thatthe independent research and development of products have many shortcomingssuch as single function, low measuring precision, unstable performance, smallmeasuring range and human-computer interaction interface is not intuitive enough,and they had been unable to adapt to the demand of the modern industrial market.Therefore, the thesis develops a embedded grinding active measuring controlinstrument-Z3000B embedded grinding active measuring control instrument(Hereinafter referred to as: Z3000B type instrument) which is based on the ARM11high performance microprocessor and real-time operating system Windows CE6.0after the intensive study of the theory and application of the grinding activemeasuring control instrument, and the thesis make deep analysis and study of therealization of its function and the key technology, then the realization process of thesoftware and hardware of the system are presented.In this paper, the hardware system has developed with the using ofDMA-6410L development board, which taking the Samsung S3C6410as the core,moreover, our group have already completed the part of the embedded hardwaredevelopment board, at the basic of that and according to the functional requirementsof the Z3000B monitor, the existing of I/0ports, input and output channels has beengot properly extension, meanwhile the circuit design of the front panel function keys has also completed.The software system in this article has completed in the Visual Studio2008integrated development environment with language of C#. The system usesmodularization design concept to divide the software design of Z3000B monitor intothree functional modules: measuring, setting and adjusting. Measurement functionmodule provides seven kinds of display mode to show the measurement results andrelated measurement information for the user, which are well adapted to differentusers’ operation habit and improve the users’ experience. Setting function module ismainly responsible for the settings of a large number of instrument measurementparameters and definition between the measurement and control system and machineinteraction interface. Adjustment function module could change or fine-tune thepreset parameters for the instrument according to the actual situation whenmeasuring.In order to ensure that the grinding accuracy and reliability of the activemeasuring control instrument under the embedded Windows CE system, in thispaper, the measuring error from the online measurement process of the Z3000B typemeasuring control instrument has carried on the comprehensive analysis andresearch. And for different types of error, the corresponding data processing methodare given respectively. Including high and low ratio of conversion, gross errorcriterion and eliminate, anti-interference application of digital filtering technologyand Constant value system error correction.This paper launches a comparison test for the access performance of WindowsCE-based commonly used embedded database, and proposes the solution that applythe SQLite database to manage data in the instrument. Besides, combined with theapplications of SQLite in the grinding initiative Meter, the paper proposes thedatabase structure of the Z3000B type Monitor and its specific implementationprocess, and solves the problems in the data storage structure of the traditional activemeter in terms of the large cost of I/O, the slow speed of data access, the poor datasharing and portability.This paper researches the Z3000B type measuring control instrument whichgains advantages such as high precision, low cost, functionally rich, stable performance, measurement results showing an intuitive and the human-computerinteraction interface is easy to operate. Completed with the upgrade on previousproducts perfect and to satisfy the modern industrial market for mechanicalprocessing technology of high quality requirements. For research and developmentof the grinding accuracy and reliability of the active measuring control instrumentunder the embedded Windows CE system, it has an important theoreticalsignificance and practical value and a good market prospect.
