Currently because of its unique properties, cellulose acetate membrane obtained thefast development and application. Especially the current popular technology of immunechromatography diagnostic test used the NC for film solid state technology. With thecurrent paper industry continues to expand production scale and centralized monitoring ofproduction requirements increasingly urgent. The demand of the dispenser device as one ofpaper production equipment is more and more high. Although there’s lots of research anddesign about the equipment, but the market cost of equipment is high, and cannot satisfythe specific requirements when the equipment is working. The development of powerelectronics and MCU control technology secured the design and development of theequipment. This paper introduced the research plan of the continuous dispenser device fornitrocellulose membrane.The paper analysis the working principle, study the various requirements and theparameters. Drawing the mechanical structure, designed the hardware circuit board andsoftware system, realized the automation function. Designed the transmission system toensure quantitative, uniform and accurate. And the device has been improved to become aserial link structure based on master-slave communication equipment, to ensure thenetwork communication device with the quality and safety. Finally, test the device circuit,debugging a software program, analysis the entire system.The equipment can met the economic utility, automation production requirements,achieved a good control of transmission device. Ensure the stable speed and extend theworking range of the device. Experiments show that, compared with the traditional drawingliquid instruments, the design can complete the super low speed delivery and intelligentmanagement of the work process., which the traditional device cannot achieved. Theequipment has the broad application prospect, chromatographic test strip research andsmall-scale production can production process by the continuous dispenser device.
