Digitization and automation of mining development is a major trend in thedevelopment of the mine, it encourages mining enterprises to better and fasterdevelopment, to become a new field of mine development. As the underground mineenvironment is more complex, people in the control locomotive transportation of ore inthe process, a variety of unexpected incidents may occur, resulting in personal injury orproperty damage, which the mine production rate has a certain binding. Improve theautomation of mining underground transport system, advanced technology applied tothe locomotive transport system, automatic control locomotive ore transportation taskcompletion, to promote the automation of mine has important significance.In this paper, the author analyzed the transportation process of the undergroundmine locomotive, designed based on embedded underground mine locomotiveautomatic control subsystem.Core processor of the system is STM32, and using radiofrequency identification technology to get the location information of the locomotive onthe track, the use of wheel speed sensors to measure the pulse of the real-time speed ofthe locomotive for locomotive speed.The hardware design of this system, including the design of the main processor,serial interface, debug interface, RFID reader modules, and other circuit. The core of thesystem hardware platform is embedded processor STM32F103VET6, through a serialinterface to communicate with the RFID reader, through I/O interface to connect with awheel pulses speed sensor. The design of.the RFID reader module circuit based onTRF7960RF chip and microcontroller MSP430F156.Software design of the system, mainly to complete the transplant of the embeddedoperating systemμC/OS-Ⅱ, and the realization of the system software.The main of theporting of the μC/OS-Ⅱoperating system is to modify the related files of the real-timekernel and the processor port. According to the system requirements, the application isdivided into different priority tasks, and the communication of between tasks throughmessage mailbox.Debugging the hardware and software system of the underground mine locomotiveautomatic control subsystem, The results of the debugging show that the system basically meet the design requirements, laid the foundation for the automatic control ofthe locomotive in the true sense.
