Roller leveler is an important process of cold-rolled sheet production finishing line equipment.lt has a wide range of applications in iron and steel metallurgy industry to ensure mechanical properties of mechanical strip indicators of the board.Its working principle is to change the metal material by extruding the material straightness way to improve defect plate and strip until it meets the tolerance requirements, and straightening reaches a high level of product quality inspection focuses plate strip. But when it is using in the high-strength steel sheet thickness of0.5mm, straightening, traditional roller leveler straightening process is very hard to dismiss three-dimensional wave defects. It could not reach plate, strip straightening accuracy. Although tension leveling process can solve edge waves, such as three-dimensional defects buckling straightening problem, this process applies only to the thin strip straightening rolls, the length of a short single sheet on the powerless.In this paper, we do our best to solve this problem, to improve the quality of sheet. For the first time giving traditional roller leveler proposed elongation, tensile, bending and stretch bending technology parameters that is integrated conventional roller leveler and bending technology in straightening learn the technical characteristics based on the combined level of knowledge of basic disciplines such as material mechanics, first proposed the traditional micro-roller leveler writing ideas tension leveling technology micro tension leveler elaborate technical principles, then the main process is calculating the parameters on the derivation of formulas, and giving different speeds of the roller groups for straightening machine.Last use application ANSYS LS/DYNA Display dynamic finite element simulation technology straightening theory simulation analysis comparing Finally, to demonstrate the positive role of micro tension technical defects of the plate for the improvement. Is makes full use of existing equipment, principles, but also to put forward new theory on straightening theory.
