Research On Schedule Management Of Alteration Project Of Transfer Station Of Baosteel Direct Transport System

In order to solving the schedule management problems of alteration project of transfer station of Baosteel direct transport system such as complicated construction and short construction period, the technique combining the theory of modern project management and case study is applied in this paper.In this paper, firstly, the theory and methods of schedule management are described and the research direction and means are defined. Secondly, the project content and characteristics of this project is introduced and the management system, management construct, management pattern and the details of the implementation flow are expounded. Thirdly, the project is breakdown and the critical chain is found out. The schedule plan of this project is established and several measures of preventing project delay are advanced. And at last the project is ended on time through running after, controlling and adjusting the project implementation progress. In the end, the key points of the whole paper are summarized. And the problems worthy being studied are pointed out.Our research provides a reference for the future alteration project of the raw material yard, which is help for enhancing the project management level.
