H company as a subsidiary of Jinding Company,is a specialty lubricant manufacturer.H company the largest number of products is anti-wear hydraulic oil,but the first pass yield of H company’s anti-wear hydraulic oil is low.In this paper,the use of 6σ DMAIC improved model and related theoretical methods to improve the first pass rate of anti-wear hydraulic oil research,The main contents are as follows:(1)First of all,this paper introduces the connotation,statistical significance of Six Sigma and the implementation of Six Sigma.And this paper introduces specific implementations of how to improve the first pass yield of H company’s anti-wear hydraulic oil.according to DMAIC improvement model for six sigma management.(2)In the definition phase of the project,the demand of the key customers inside and outside the company on anti-wear hydraulic oil was analyzed.And anti-wear hydraulic oil first pass yield goal was developed,a project team and developed a corresponding implementation plan were formed.(3)In the measurement phase of the project,the SIPOC model was used to analyze the production process of anti-wear hydraulic oil.The total production of anti-wear hydraulic oil,first pass yield,the number of unqualified indicators were collected and production process stability,process capability and Sigma level of the anti-wear hydraulic oil were analyzed based on the data collected.(4)In the analysis phase of the project,the influencing factors of first pass yield of anti-wear hydraulic oil were analyzed by using 5M1E analysis method.In terms of material,the quality of the base oil and additive will affect the quality of the anti-wear hydraulic oil.In terms of technology,the order of adding additives,the amount of raw materials,heating temperature and heating time,mixing time and speed will affect the quality of anti-wear hydraulic oil.In terms of operating staff,the staffs operational skills,work attitude and emotions will affect the quality of anti-wear hydraulic oil.In terms of machinery and equipment,the cleanliness and accuracy of the equipment will affect the quality of the anti-wear hydraulic oil.In terms of measurement,the cleanliness of testing equipment and the qualifications of inspectors will affect the quality of anti-wear hydraulic oil.In terms of environment,the cleanliness of the production site will affect the quality of anti-wear hydraulic oil.(5)In the improvement phase of project,corresponding improvements were made according to the factors that affect the quality of anti-wear hydraulic oil,including strengthening the supervision of raw materials,optimizing the process flow,optimizing the management of employees,strengthening the management of machinery and equipment,improving the accuracy of product measurement and improving the site environment.(6)In the control phase of project,comparing the data before ad after the implementation,the average passing rate of the anti-wear hydraulic oil was raised from 80.12%to 92.86%.The flow of the work modification in the previous stages was analyzed with the operating instructions or control plan And other forms of documentation developed,with a controlled system to control and management.the data before and after the implementation of the project were compared.The conclusion shows that the research has indeed achieved more remarkable results and has cultivated a batch of Six Sigma management talents for the enterprise.In addition,this article also summarizes the research experience and prospects the follow-up research.
