The paper of "Research and Development of the Code-Cutting Machine" comes from the real demand for industrial production. The research mainly take improving efficient to the printing code and cutting the end, reducing the operation difficulty and the security risks and so on as the starting point, and make the mechanical design, the hydraulic system design, the electric control system design and the finite element analysis as the core technology. This paper in-depth researched many major issues such as:printing the code, cutting the end, hydraulic system and electric control system and so on, the research content mainly included the following several aspects:Through the analysis to research main point and function of the Code-Cutting Machine, the research has determined the overall concept after contrasts and demonstration repeatedly. According to the overall concept's request, the research has also studied and discussed for many key structures, such as:the matrix, the anvil, the indenter, the cutter and the guide mechanism and so on. Finally completed the design and research of the Code-Cutting Machine's rack's gross structure, and made the corresponding request to the working and the heat treatment process.Hydraulic transmission is the power source of the Code-Cutting Machine. According to the movement request of the cylinder, the paper has in-depth researched to the pressure control, the synchronization control, the locking, the keeping pressure and the speed control sub-circuit of the hydraulic system, and drawn up the hydraulic system schematic diagram. Through the estimated force required to print code and cut the end, which has determined the working pressure of the hydraulic system, and has completed the selection of the motor pump and the hydraulic components. According to the hydraulic system schematic diagram and the bottom's coupling dimension of the hydraulic components, the paper also has researched in integrating method of hydraulic system and completed the design of the manifold block, meanwhile completed the virtual prototyping assembly design of the Code-Cutting Machine.The electric control system is the central nervous system of the Code-Cutting Machine. Combined with the specific working environment of the equipment, the electrical control system uses the pure relay control. According to the movement request of the Code-Cutting Machine, and taking into account the operational safety of workers and many other factors, the research has completed the electric control system schematic diagram design in the manner of the pure step-by-stepped control, which has passed the testing and met the anticipated control requirements.Finally, the study has carried on the simulation analysis to body's main stressed structure and position with the help of finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. In terms of the simulation result, the large part of the stress and deformation were optimized, which has reduced the maximum stress and the structure deformation, and has further enhanced the body's strength and stiffness.Through the actual working situation information feedback on the Code-Cutting Machine indicated that it effectively solved the practical problems of industrial production, which has been reflected its practical value, and has laid a solid foundation for its further promotion, also has provided the reliable technical support and the theory basis for the similar mechanical and electrical products'research and development.
