Based On Web Gis Dali City Tourism Service Information System

Since we went into the digital age of information, along with the computer technology in tourism constantly extension and application,its services operation and management have an increasingly dependent on Travel Geographic Information System which based on Internet.The Travel Information System which based on C/S or B/S lacks of management and analysis of spatial information.It is difficult to meet the tourism information characteristics,which has strong timing sequences,large amount of information,extensity.So the Travel Geographic Information Systems that based on Internet are emerging like mushrooms.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out a research about the DaLi city Traveling comprehensive information service system based on WebGIS.First of all,the paper summarized the research background ,current situation, significance and introduced some relevant technical and theory.Secondly,used the DaLi City tourism as the main object of study,fully comprehend the tourism resources and current situation of this city,according to the actual needs of tourists, tourism management and planning department,to make some system requirements and feasibility analysis and determine system objectives and implementation plan.Then we follow the holistic, advanced, practical, standards and scalable designing principles to build system framework and functional modules of each subsystem,meanwhile design the underlying system database and front GIS services browser separately.Finally the system use the ArcGIS10 as the develop platform and the visual studio .NET2008(C#) as the develop environment,under the support of the Geodatabase and Oracle,complete the system development by ArcGIS Server and ASP.NET technology.The application to the DaLi city Traveling comprehensive information service system based on WebGIS shows that it not only builds a comprehensive,convenient, inexpensive information platform for the tourists,but also provides a digital,professsional, scientific, information network management platform for tourism managing and planning departments.
