With the development of science and technology, high-tech industry stand out from traditional industries because of its rapid development, high technical content, strategic significance and other features. Perishable high-tech product as one of the high-tech product becomes more and more popular in general public as it not only meets the demand of residents in the study and work, but also enriches the entertainment in their lives. But at the same time, the amount of perishable high-tech product scrap is growing fast, and the problem of improper recycling has existed for a long time. The problem of pollution caused by high-tech product is gradually attracting more and more scholars and government’s attention all over the world. In view of this, this thesis summarizes research on previous related literature; introduce the perishable high-tech products from the perspective of production and consumption, and its pollution characteristics in our country. Using the theoretical derivation analysis the influence of perishable high-tech products of environmental pollution based on the theory of predecessors’research results and the summary of the characteristics of the current development in our country. Fin the influential factors from the perspective of production and consumption of perishable high-tech products of environmental pollution and the construction of the path diagram of perishable high-tech products production, consumption from the perspective of the impact of environmental pollution. Finally, based on the2002to2013mobile phone manufacturing data, acquires that the perishable high-tech products industry development, consumer products and environmental pollution have Long-term stable causality by using Johansen Cointegration Test and Granger test. And the VAR model of perishable high-tech products industry development, consumer products and environmental pollution has been constructed to dynamic analysis the relationship between the three. The result of the study shows that,(1) environmental pollution of perishable high-tech products is affected by perishable high-tech products industry development, and consumption of products two aspects;(2) although the definition of this "pollution" limited to consumer stage due to product scrap to produce pollution, but the influence brought by the present our country industry development the environmental pollution caused by the influence is greater than the consumption of products;(3) to reduce the perishable high-tech products caused by the pollution of the environment, reducing unnecessary updating consumer consumption is necessary, but more important is formulating bad competitions between manufacturers and unhealthy lead to consumers, and set up the product green design idea. Finally, in view of our country present situation and combining the results of empirical studies, this thesis puts forward through the clear responsibility of environmental pollution, combined with manufacturers and consumers together to construct the perishable high-tech product recycling industry chain, strengthening the government propaganda by perfecting the relevant laws and regulations and related policy regulation, reduce the pollution problem of perishable high-tech products.
