By researching the site selecting of underground salt cavity in natural gas storage service both domestically and abroad this paper confirms a series of site selective preference principles of underground salt cavity natural gas storage. Firstly, by refering to the selective preference principles confirmed this paper adopts syntheses judgment means of fuzzy mathematics to set up a general judgment system. Secondly, this paper uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to correct the grades offered by the experts. Thirdly, using GIOWA arithmetic operators to calculate the fuzzy evaluating information. this paper summarizes a solution method to the salt cavity gas storage site selecting with multiple attribute decision making basing on fuzzy language evaluation and GIOWA arithmetic operators. After giving the theory of preferring the site this paper analyses a typical example using the method given above.Firstly, on the basis of thermodynamics and hydrodynamics this paper constructs the temperature and pressure effect calculation model in peak shaving withdralals of the salt cavity natural gas storage, which uses diathermanous coefficient to correct the temperature calculated from ideal model so that the result can be close to the actual observed temperature. Secondly, to calculate more parameters and make up the disadvantages of the temperature and pressure effect calculation model this paper constructs the simplified dynamic changing model of salt cavity in withdrawal and fill. Thirdly, this paper constructs the inventory verification model in salt cavity storage to verify the inventory in salt cavity storage. After the models being supplied with, this paper adopts some data and examples and numerically simulates and analyzes these examples by above models.After confirming the principles of the salt cavity gas storage constructing design scheme, this paper adopts syntheses judgment means to prefer the schemes, and analyzes the example of domestical JinTan salt cavity gas storage design data, the analysis demonstrates that using the syntheses judgment means to prefer the design schemes basing on fuzzy language evaluation and GIOWA arithmetic operators is feasible.This paper's innovations are laid in adopting syntheses judgment means to preferthe salt cavity gas storage site and constructing design scheme, and the temperature and pressure effect calculation model in peak shaving withdralals of the salt cavity natural gas storage, and the inventory verification model in salt cavity storage<.
