Shearer as coal production is the most important piece of equipment, performance is not only irectly related topower rates and reliability of mining machinesand equipment, anddetermines the productionprocess of coal high yield and high efficiency.At present, most of the rocker in the transmission system of Shearer motor in goaf-side, in the three machines assortment in scraper conveyer chain above the motor diameter size affected the coal space height. Homemade motor under the influence of the manufacturing process, General motor diameter greater than import motor, especially in thin coal seam coal mining machine design, motor across the diameter of the height has been particularly prominent.Cutting motor which rocker arm on the wall side, avoid chain scraper transport, increase height, thin coal seam with a swing arm designreference..This topic using CAE software of finite element analysis was carried out on the rocker arm coal winning machine cutting part, establish a rocker arm finite element calculation model, analysis of the radial stress and strain state.(1) the structure and working principle of the coal winning machine rocker analysis, put forward a reasonable simplified model.(2)Analysis of simulation data, validate the modelforce and find a weak point in the key parts of rocker design, optimized for the design of Shearer ranging arm provides a clear rationale.
