Based On The Ug Drawing Die Ddcad System Design And Research

The paper makes an intensive research of drawing-die design focusing on the products of small lot and numerous variety. A new set of drawing-die 3-D Computer-aided Design system has been developed. It's practical, feasible, integrated and advanced. It will provide the efficient means for improving the quality and efficiency of drawing-die design and sharpening the enterprise's competitive power.First, the paper puts forward the total design project that processes the drawing-die DD CAD system, which is divided into four function modules, the input of production information, the analysis & calculation of the technology, the mould designing and the creation of 2-D paper layout. Second, it launches a related key technical research around the function module. At the same time, under windows 2000 operating system, the paper establishes technique route of the system development, regarding UG NX 2.0 as image processing software, Visual C++ 6.0 as a tool of system development, Access 2000 as a tool of database management. Third, it adopts the method that UG/Open API expressive operation functions revises original expressions to set up standard component libraries. It can save a lot of storage space, create geometric module with arbitary size and realize the interfaces between procedures. Last, the paper makes a detailed study of the method of creating titles and detailed accounts automatically. It uses UG/Open API functions to draw up diagam frames and tables and fill in them with attribute data.
