The Polymetals entrained cassiterite sulfide ore of DaChang plant in Guangxi produces in recent 50 years has piled up 30 million tons of tailings. Because of the time technical level and working condition, the technology indices to recovery metal is low. Many metal elements in the tailings particularly fine grained metal serious losses, which more than 100,000 tons of Tin metal, more than 500,000 tons of Zinc and Indium metal, Lead and Antimony metal 120,000 tons, in addition to Pyrrhotite, Pyrite and Arsenopyrite, in its value 10 billion Yuan. The loss of these tailings can not only lead the waste of natural resources, but polluted the external environment of Dachang Mines. At present, the Dachang plant resources day by day depleted, will soon be faced with the problem of resource depletion. Therefore, to study on developing and utilizing the tailing resources has vital significance to sustainable development of Dachang plant. The Dachang plant old tailings Tin, Lead, Zinc synthesis recycling essential engineering research is included to the national 15 science and technology attacks technology project "West The Superiority Mineral Resource Exploration Essential Engineering Research ProjectTopic" — "The Dachang Plant Old Tailings Tin, Lead and Antinomy, Zinc Tailings Synthesis Recycling Essential Engineering Research". Research requirements: Tin concentrate grade Sn= 40%, recovery= 45%, Zinc concentrate grade Zn =45%, recovery =40%, Lead-Antimony concentrate grade Pb+Sb= 30%, Pb recovery =40%.According to the research goal, carrying out to recycle Tin, Lead andAntinomy, Zinc experiment study and connect election experiment study. In the experiment study, using the ZnSO4, KCN and Na2S2O3 to combine depressants, using 25# Dithiophosphate and Sodium Diethyl Dithiocarbamate to combine collectors, obtained Lead-Antinomy rough concentrate by flotation. Then according to the Lead-Antimony flotation rough concentrate composition is relatively simple, so the difference on specific gravity between Lead-Antimony and gangue mineral is more obvious, the Lead-Antinomy rough concentrate cleaning by gravity dressing andachieved the concentrate with Pb+Sb=45.60% grade, and 45.55%recovery. CuSO4 used for activating agent, the Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Sodium Silicate, Calcium Hypochlorite and Sodium Humate were used as composite depressant, the Z-200 and.Butyl Xanthate were used as composite collector, obtained Zinc concentrate by one roughing and two cleaning, the Zinc concentrate grade is 50.32%, recovery is 54.35%. The final tailings selected in ion-wave shaking table by gravity dressing, achieved Tin concentrate which grade is 41.25%, recovery is 50.66%. The concentration index for connect elected experiment: Lead-Antimony concentrate grade is Pb+Sb=48.23% and recovery of Lead is 46.59%, Zinc concentrate grade is 50.27%, recovery is 53.03%; Tin concentrate grade is 42.16% recovery is 51.78%, all of them exceeding research requirement.The success of this research project, has laid the certain foundation for the comprehensive recovery of the Dachang plant tailings, and transform "secondary sources" into economic benefits, to improve the mining area ecological environment and promotes the local economy development. Meanwhile it also accumulated the certain experience for the non-ferrous metal old tailings comprehensive utilization.
