Suppression Broth Autoimmune Infertility, Immune Serum Trace Elements

Objective: To investigate the effect of trace elements on immune infertility. Methods: Inclinical study, 19 patients with immune infertility were treated with YiQing Decoction. To observe the rate of the positive AsAb(or AsA) changed into negative and pregnancy after treatment respectively. Meanwhile 25 immune infertility femal rats were served as animal models experimentally. To observe the affect of YiQing Decoction on Cu, Zn, Cu/Zn and the rate of thepositive AsAb(or AsA) changed into negative in blood. Results: In infertile group, compared to thecontrol group, there were lower mean Zn levels and a higher ratio of mean Cu/Zn which were lower after the treatment. There were lower mean Zn levels and a higher ratio of mean Cu/Zn in rats compared to the control group. The clinical study indicated 73.7% of effective rate .At the same time, The laboratory study indicated that YiQing Decoction can increase the level of Zn in the blood and therefore decrease the rate of Cu/Zn. YiQing Decoction was found to have the function ofimproving the ovum. Conclusion: In immune infertile women, compared to fertile women, there may be lower Zn levels and a higher ratio of Cu/Zn. Yiqing recipe had a good curative effect in practice. It's possible the changes of trace elements have a hand in the come on and develop of immune sterility, it may be used for clinical evaluation of immune infertility and prognosis of immune infertile women.
