Rhubarb Ethanol Extract Of The Fat Cells Of Obese Diabetic Rats, Glut4, And Resistin Expression And Serum Leptin Levels In Rats

Objective:To investigate the effect that the matter extractedfrom'Rhubarb with alcohol has on GLUT4 , mRNA of Resistin andLeptin in adipocyte of DM rats。Method :40 rats were devided into normal group, model group,group of extracted and group of acid hydroc Pioglitazone with 10rats in each group。 GLUT4, mRNA of Resistin were detectedthrough photodensity scan by means of RT-PCR and reflected byratios of gray scale between the objective gene and thereferential gene。 The Leptin was deteced with the method ofradioimmunity。Result :After the treated the GLUT4 of group of exracted wassignificantly higher than that of model group .while the mRNA ofResistin was markably lower and Leptin also decreased remarkablycompared with that before the treatment。Conclusion : The matter extracted from Rhubarb with alcoholcould significantly increased the expression of GLUT4 andmakably decreased that of mRNA of Resistin and Leptin。...
