The Effect Of Quyidifang On The Serum Level Of Leptin And Resistin In Insulin Resistance In Obese Type2Diabetes Mullitus

Objectively analyzing the effect of quyidifang to insulin resistance,serum Leptin and Resistin in obese T2DM patients with insulin resistance,to study its mechanism at the molecular level,and to seek the new way of medical treatment in T2DM insulin resistance.Methods:60type2diabetes patients who conform the standard were randomly divided into quyidifang combined with metformin hydrochloride group(30cases) and metformin hydrochloride group(30cases),all of the patients were given diabetic diet and treatment for8weeks.Observe both groups of patients before and after the treatment of serum Leptin and Resistin, HOmeostasis Model Assess-ment Insulin Resistance index(HOMA-IR),fasting plasma glucose (FPG)and2-honr plasma glucose(2hPG),fastng insulin (FINS),glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),lipid analysis, BMI, Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores. Analyse and compare the two groups indicators by statistical methods. Results:1. The treatment of quyidifang combined with metformin hydrochloride can apparently reduce Leptin, Resistin and elevate HOMA-IR than metformin hydrochloride group(P<0.01);2. Quyidifang combined with metformin hydrochloride can apparently reduce FPG、2hPG、FINS、HbA1c than metformin hydrochloride group(P<0.01);3. Quyidifang combined with metformin hydrochloride can reduce Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores and TG、TC、LDL-C, while elevate HDL-C level with no obvious adverse reactions and toxicity.safety is good.The efficacy is significantly better than metformin hydrochloride group.Conclusion:1. Quyidifang can elevate obese type2diabetes patients insulin resistance who meet both Qiyinliangxv phlegm stagnation blood stasiso2. Quyidifang can ruduce obese type2diabetes patients serum Leptin3. Quyidifang can ruduce obese type2diabetes patients serum Resistin. 4. In addition, it can elevate clinical symptoms,reduce blood glucose, BMI,elevate lipid analysis.
