Studying the plasma level of Atrial Natriuretic Polypeptide (ANP).Result: The groups which are given the Fu Ling Si Ni Tang Jia Wei Fang quickly and evidently can increase left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP), peak positive first derivative of left ventricular (+LVdp/dt_max), and peak negative first derivative of left ventricular (-LVdp/dt_max), and decrease heart rate(HR) slowly. The can regulate and control the plasma level of the Atrial Natriuretic Polypeptide.Conclusion: The Fu Ling Si Ni Tang Jia Wei Fang can strengthen the functions on recuperating depleted Yang and rescuing the heart deficiency from collapse.
