Professor He Xuehong Renal Failure, Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure In 63 Cases Of Clinical Observation And Efficacy Analysis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shenshuaifang inpatients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods: Select 63 patients with CRF who are all before intouremia stage, and divide them into treatment group and contrast groupat random, treatment group is 32 case and contrast group is 31 case.Patients of treatment group take routine treatment and Shenshuaifang,according to the different types in traditional Chinesemedicine(TCM); Patients of contrast group take routine treatment andXiqing capsule. Then observe and compare the difference of treatmenteffect in improving the test data and clinical symptoms during thetwo groups.Results: The overall therapentic efficiency of treatmentgroup(87.50％) is much better than that of contrast group(61.29％)(P＜0.05). The analysis of correlation shows that the treatment groupis significantly better than contrast group in decreasing serumcreatinine(Scr),Blood urea nitrogen(BUN), and in increasingclearance of endogenous creatinine(Ccr)(P＜0.05).Treatment groupis much better than contrast group in improving clinical symptoms(P＜0.05).Conclutions: Through selection of treatment based on thedifferential diagnosis, appling Shenshuaifang and combinatingroutine treatment to CRF can improve renal function and clinicalsymptoms. To the patients who aren't into uremia stage the clinicaleffect of Shenshuaifang is better than contrast group.
