Adjust The Role Of Honeysuckle On Endotoxemia In Rats With Obstructive Jaundice Flora

Objective: to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine-Double Flower on obstructive jaundice rat model IETM by regulating intestinal microdysbiosisMethod:60Wistar rat were divided into 5 groups:pseudo-operation group, obstructive jaundice group, obstructive jaundice group treated with Double Flower, obstructive jaundice group treated with Bifidobiogen Livzon,obstructive jaundice group treated with Bifidobiogen Livzon and Double Flower.the 5groups were separately tested the quantity of direct bilirubin and intestinal flora and endotoxin at the 4th,8th day after operation and were tested the quantity of IgA~+ cells of intestinal tissues.Result:1). the quantity of direct bilirubin and intestinal flora and endotoxin in obstructive jaundice group were much higher than that of pseudo-operation group P<0.012). quantity of IgA~+ cells of intestinal tissues in obstructive jaundice group were lower than that of pseudo-operation group P<0.013).intestinal microdysbiosis in obstructive jaundice group4).therapy group(treated with Bifidobiogen Livzon, treated with Double Flower,treated with Bifidobiogen Livzon and Double Flower ) recover intestinal flora,increase IgA~+ cells,decrease the level of endotoxin markedly P<0.01. Conclusion: obstructive jaundice rat accompany .intestinal microdysbiosis,intestinal barrier destroyed,they are main reason for IETM, traditional Chinese medicine prevent and treat IETM from microbiology aspect,the effect is good. the effect of the group treated with Bifidobiogen Livzon and Double Flower is better.
