Purpose: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicinal herb(SK)on acute myocardial ischemia model rats,and to approach the action and mechanism of preventing coronary heart disease(CHD).Method: Using isosorbide dinitrate and Danshen Pill as positive control, acute myocardial ischemia model rats as study object ,we observe the effect of SK on Pharmacodynamics. Health Wistar rats were equally divided between male and female, were randomly divided into blank group, model group,SK high-dose group, SK low-dose group, isosorbide dinitrate group, Danshen Pill group, using a one-off injection of isoproterenol, rat acute myocardial ischemia model. Through the ECG and biochemical method, observation SK of anti-myocardial ischemia. Through the light microscope to observe its on ischemic myocardial histomorphology impact.Result: SK can be against myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol in rats with abnormal ECG S-T segment shift. SK can be significantly lower CK, CK-MB content; increased NO and NOS content; aggrandize the activity of SOD,and debase content of MDA;SK also can improve the damage myocardial microstructure of acute myocardial ischemia in rat.Conclusion: SK can cofront acute myocardial ischemia on model rats.
